Pochi giorni fa ho avuto il piacere di incontrare ad Amsterdam
Mr .C.Riecker ovvero il primo proprietario di Dreamer.
E stata una piacevolissima chiacchierata davanti a un caffè caldo. Tra i tanti discorsi fatti, ha saziato molte mie curiosità e mi ha inoltre spiegato il perché del nome “Dreamer”, nome datogli da sua figlia, rappresentava per loro sogni speranze e luoghi lontani
Mr. C.Riecker ha tenuto Dreamer per circa 20 anni per poi passare ad un Hallberg Rassy 312 costruito un anno dopo Dreamer (ovvero nel 1976 e primo esemplare di questa serie!!!!)
Mr. Riecker oltre ad essere un vero marinaio amante del mare, si è rivelato molto simpatico e gentile e forse quest’estate verrà in Italia per riprovare l’ebbrezza di veleggiare con Dreamer. A presto!!!
A few days ago I had the pleasure of meeting in Amsterdam Mr C.Riecker or the first owner of Dreamer.
It was a pleasant chat over a coffee. Among the many speeches made, he has satisfied many my curiosities and I also explained why the name “Dreamer”, a name given him by his daughter, represented for their, hopes and dreams and far away places.
Mr. C.Riecker held Dreamer for about 20 years before moving to a Hallberg Rassy 312 built a year later Dreamer (ie in 1976 and the first specimen of this series!!)Mr. Riecker well as being a true sailor and loves the sea, has been very nice and kind and perhaps will be in Italy this summer to try again the thrill of sailing with Dreamer.
