La fortuna mi assiste.. tempo bello e sopratutto non freddo. Ieri c’erano circa 15 gradi come d’altronde anche le settimane passate, questo mi ha permesso di cominciare dei lavori programmati in prua. Salendo sul pianale della cuccetta di prua si avvertivano scricchiolii sospetti e tutto fletteva..mmmmm…  smontato il tutto ho constatato subito che qualcosa non andava…le controbbattute in legno del pianale (per intenderci quelle in cui si appoggia il coperchio di legno dei gavoni) originariamente venivano incollate e saldate al pianale di legno con delle graffette o al massimo con dei rivetti… Queste infatti si erano tutte allentate con il tempo. Ho rifatto per cio’ tutte le controbatture in compensato marino da 2cm, resinate con epoxy e succesivamente avvitate, ora il tutto dimostra solidità e  rigidità!!
Inoltre la flangia di vetroresina sulle murate su cui si appoggia e avvita il pianale flettevano. Ho preso due piccioni con una fava…ho utilizzato la flangia come rinforzo delle murate spalmando nell’angolo sotto una miscela di resina epoxy mescolata a fibre minerali (tipo stucco) e succesivamente resinata con mat grosso. Un bel colpo di rigidita con poca spesa facile facile. Dreamer sempre più solida!!

These in fact were all loose with time.I remade all with marine plywood 2cm, with epoxy resin and subsequently screwed , now all shows strength and rigidity !
In addition, the flange of fiberglass on the port/starboard sides where the floor is screwd was flexing . I killed two birds with one stone … I used the flange as a reinforcement of the sides smearing under a mixture of epoxy resin mixed with mineral fibers and subsequently resin with large mat . A nice shot of stiffness with little expense really easy. Dreamer more and more solid !
