Se hai la barca a vela  devi assolutamente capire qualcosa di rigging. Io umilmente grazie ai libri di Brion Toss e ai suoi DVD e  alla ditta Armare produttrice di cime ad altissima qualità (Grazie Stefano e Tiziano!) mi ci sono avvicinato e sto progredendo devo dire abbastanza bene. Un consiglio di Brion Toss che ho applicato immediatamente sulle sartie di Dremer e quello di sciogliere della cera di candela nel terminale pressato per evitre che l’acqua si infili dentro creando con il tempo possibile rotture con conseguenze disastrose.

If you have the sailboat you absolutely need to understand something about rigging. I read the books of Brion Toss and its DVD  and thanks to Armare a company producing high quality ropes (Thanks Stefano and Tiziano!), I went over there and I have to say I’m progressing quite well. An advise of Brion Toss that I applied immediately on the shrouds of Dremer is to dissolve the wax candle in the terminal pressedto avoid that the water slips into creating over time can break with disastrous consequences.
